|Sponsored by Mercantil Commercebank, in partnership with Zoo Miami, the Zoological Society of Florida and the North American Nature Photography Association, the Zoolens℠ Photography Project is a student photography competition open to all middle school students attending a public or private school in Miami-Dade County during the time of the contest.
Started in 2010, the Zoolens℠ Photography Project was designed to foster awareness of wildlife among students through the art of photography. The project has since garnered the participation of hundreds of students and in 2012, was opened up to all middle school students. Zoolens℠ provides a wonderful opportunity for students to express their creativity while strengthening their education.
Encourage your students to visit Zoo Miami and submit an original photograph between October 1 and October 31, 2016 for the chance to win great prizes.
